Ken was born in Guangdong (Canton), China, and immigrated to the U.S. at age 12. After completing his PhD, he joined Los Alamos National Laboratory in 1972, retiring in 2003. He was a research scientist, group manager, program developer and manager and was elected a Fellow of the American Physical Society.
Technology has changed the way people buy and sell real estate. That creates tremendous customer service opportunities for technology-savvy real estate professional.
At the Lab and with his real estate customers, many of the same skills and principles apply. They include the ability to interact with people, to determine the requirements and needs of customers, to best match their needs to available resources, and to develop and implement an effective marketing program
